Lynn M. Nolen, CPA

Lynn has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and private industry experience including construction, mineral and exploration, inventory based accounting (manufacturing and wholesale), software, financial services, investment companies, broker-dealers, employee benefit plans and startups. Lynn, also gained several years of international and registered public company experience working with clients located in US, Asia, Europe and Canada. 

Prior to founding Nolen & Associates, PLLC, Lynn was an Audit Director with PMB Helin Donovan - San Francisco, and a Senior Audit Manager with PMB Helin Donovan - Seattle and Dallas. Lynn started her career in public accounting with Berntson Porter & Co., a regional CPA firm located in Seattle, Washington. In addition, Lynn has private industry experience including restaurant-casino accounting, office management, and contract construction accounting.

Lynn earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Emphasis in Accounting from the University of Montana, Missoula, MT. She is currently a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holding licenses in the states of Georgia, New York, Texas and Washington. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). She serves on supervisory boards of local charities in the Austin area providing services throughout Texas.
